Spatial ecologist and biologist, I study the dynamics influencing the distribution of habitats and species, analyzing their interactions with biotic and abiotic variables and their implications for conservation and ecosystem services. The analysis of these complex models requires big data processing, leading me to specialize in data management and analysis following the principles of open science and FAIR. In this context, I develop web platforms to support scientists in data processing and process verification, promoting a more efficient and reproducible approach to the study of biodiversity and ecosystems.
